Manufacturing
The raw materials are transfromed into modular furniture through various manufacturing processes as listed below.
Pasting And Pressing
Decorative sheets like Laminates, Veneers, Acrylics will be pasted with glue on top of plywoods, MDF and etc materials and pressed with hydraulic press.
Cutting
Pasted boards will be cut to required dimension using Panelsaw cutting machine.
Edgebanding
The required edges of cut pieces are pasted with PVC edge banding tapes to provide smooth finish using high quality Througfeed edgebanding machine.
Boring
The panels will be drilled using 32bit drilling system to fix the interlocks like Minifix and Dowels.
Computerized Numerical Control (CNC)
CNC is a multitasking machine used to do accurate multiboring and intricate designs.
Packing
Manufactured products will be packed using packing materials like Corrugated sheets, Strech films, Bubble wrap, etc. to avoid damages during shipping.
Pre installation
After production all the material will be installed at manufacturing unit and thoroughly checked in order to remove all the errors during production so as to ease and to save installation time at site to provide best quality material.
